Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Banja Luka built the BL BusTracker app as a Free app. This Service is provided by Faculty of Electrical Engineering in Banja Luka at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named BL BusTracker.

Country refers to: Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

Service refers to the Application.
Log Data refers to data generated by the Application in case of an error.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

We want to inform You that when You use Our Service, in case of an error in the Application We might collect data and information on Your phone called Log Data. This data is collected only if You have accepted that this information is collected (this behavior can be changed in the Application settings). The Log Data may include information such as operating system version, the version of the Application, the time and date of Your use of the Service, and other statistics. You can be prompt to send this information to remote server for further processing, or collected information can be automatically sent to remote server, but only if You have accepted that this information is automatically sent (this behavior can be changed in the Application settings). In case that You decline to send the log data, the log data will be deleted.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
Our Service does not contain links to other websites.
